Vehicular communication networks is a promising and emerging technology tofacilitat road safety, Safety of life, traffic management, and infotainmentdissemination for drivers and passengers. One of the ultimate goals in thedesign of such networking is to resist various malicious abuses and securityattacks. In this research new security mechanisms are proposed to achievesecure certificate revocation, which is considered among the most challengingdesign objective in vehicular ad hoc networks.
